摘要
本文报告584例病理诊断明确的病理切片肿瘤细胞核分裂观察结果:(1)350例恶性肿瘤核分裂平均值为13.73±0.6‰(M±SE),234例良性肿瘤核分裂平均值为1.6±0.2‰(M±SE),差异非常明显(P<0.01);(2)核分裂值>5‰,有助于肉瘤病人的诊断;(3)病理性核分裂可能与肿瘤病人的预后有关;(4)核分裂相在病理上分8型,本文描述了它们的特征。
Observation of karyokinesis of tumor cells on pathological sectionfor 584 cases, of which pathological diagnosis is clear and definite.The results were: (1) Karyokinesis average value of 350 malignanttumor cells was 13.7±0.6‰, but 234 benign tumor cases--1.6±0.2‰.The differince was highly significant (P<0.01). (2) Karyokinesisvalue>5‰ wais of benefit to the diagnosis of sarcoma in patients. (3)Pathological karyokinesis may be related to the prognosis of thepatients. (4) Pathologically, karyokinesis pictures could bedivided into 8 types and their characteristics were described here.
