摘要
优化队伍结构是建设高素质的图书馆人员队伍的有效途径 ,对于推动高校图书馆事业的快速发展具有关键性作用。各高校图书馆应该积极采取有力措施 ,全面实现队伍结构优化的总体目标和分类目标。
Optimizing the staff structure is an effective way to build high quality library staff and it plays an decisive role in promoting the development of libraries in the institutions of higher learning.Some effective measures should be taken so as to realize the general goal and specific goals of structure-optimizing.
