摘要
高校图书馆承担为教学科研服务的重任,对完成高校教学目标和推动高校发展起到不可或缺的重要作用。高校图书馆的建设和发展,人力资源是关键。从调研教育欠发达地区高校图书馆人力资源结构状况出发,对合肥地区高校图书馆人员结构进行了调查和分析。
the university library to assume the responsibility of service for teaching and scientific research,to complete the teaching goal and promote the development of colleges and universities plays an indispensable role.The construction and development of university library,human resource is the key.From the research of education of College Library in undeveloped regions human resource structure situation,university library personnel structure in Zunyi area were investigated and analyzed.
