摘要
文章论述了高校内部教学质量管理与监控的内涵及其理论依据 ,通过对高校内部教学质量管理与监控的要素进行分析 ,以及对其运行机制进行探讨 。
The paper expounds the meaning and the theoretical basis of the management of teaching quality and the monitoring system in the institutions of higher learning. Based on the analyses of some essential elements the paper proposes a theoretical framework for the management work and the monitoring system, including their operation block diagrams
