摘要
诊所式法律教育是一种从案例教学法发展出来的并借鉴医学院临床教学方法的一种全新法学教育模式。这种教学模式旨在通过教师指导学生参与实际的法律运用过程来培养和提高他们的法律实践能力 。
Clinic-typed legal education is a newly founded legal teaching methodology. It develops from the teaching methodology of law case and uses the experience of clinical teaching in medical colleges. The aim of this teaching methodology is to nourish and improve the legal practice ability of the students and deepen the understanding of legal theory and legal system through participation in legal practice under the supervision of law professors.
