摘要
创新的基础和前提是创新思维的培养。不同的培养方式对学生的创新思维能力影响很大,不同专业的学生应有不同的培养方式。法学本科专业学生实践创新能力培养方式可以表述为:两个主体,两个空间,分阶段循序渐进培养学生的实践创新能力。两个主体是指教师和学生,两个空间是指校内和校外,分阶段循序渐进培养学生的实践创新能力是指对学生实践创新能力的培养,要遵循人才培养、成长的客观规律,有计划、分层次地进行。
Innovation is the foundation and prerequisite for the cultivation of innovative thinking. Different training approaches have a great impact on student's innovative thinking ability, and different professions should demand different training approaches. The training approach of law undergraduate's practice and innovation abilities can be expressed as follows: two main bodies, two spaces and gradually improving student's practice and innovation capacities. The two main bodies refer to teachers and students; the two spaces refer to campuses out and in; and gradually improving student's practice and innovation capacities refers to cultivating student's practice and innovation capacities in a planned and hierarchical manner according to the objective laws of talent's cultivation and growth.
