摘要
本实验是对低剂量α干扰素口含片抗病毒实验研究。通过对各组小鼠不同的给药时间及不同的感染时间 ,取鼠肺制成悬液接种鸡胚 ,3 5℃培养 3天 ,取尿囊液作血凝滴定 。
The experiment is studied on low dose α-INF oral tablet anti-virus.Each group of mice is administered and infected by different time,abstracted mouse lung containing virus-suspension inoculate Embryonated eggs,incubated at 35℃ for three days.Then the allantoic fluid of each egg shall be tested for agglutinability on chicken red blood cells.For demonstrating whether α-INF oral Tablet resists virus and how it effects.
