摘要
用固体发酵工艺制得的纳豆中含有大量溶栓活性成分———纳豆激酶。经过生理盐水浸提 ,(NH4 ) 2 SO4 分级沉淀 ,Sephadex柱层析等步骤 ,可以得一层析纯的纳豆激酶。
The natto made by solid fermentation contains a large amount of thrombuslytic active component-nattokinase. The enzyme was purified to a chromatographic purity with a series of purification procedures including saline extraction, salt-out with ammonium sulfate sephedex gel chromatography and freeze drying. The purified enzyme contained two stainable subunits on the gel of SDS-PAGE.
