摘要
用免疫组化 ABC 法对56例膀胱癌和4例正常膀胱组织进行癌基因 C-erbB-2蛋白产物研究。结果表明:35%的膀胱癌显示阳性反应,正常膀胱组织呈阴性反应。其阳性表达率与肿瘤病理分级、临床分期及预后方面差异有显著性(P<0.01),此外,阳性表达者肿瘤易复发。提示:C-erbB～2蛋白产物对判定膀胱癌恶性程度,浸润深度及预后有重要参考价值。
Study on expression of protooncogene product of C-erbB-2 was carried out for 56 human bladder carcinoma and 4 normal tissues of bladder using an immunohistochemical approach. The results showed that positive staining was found in 35% bladder carcinoma,but in none of the case normal tissues,and positive staining rate being significantly different with differ- ent pathological grading and clinical staging of the carcinomas(P<0.01).Cases of positive staining were thus recurrence easily and poor prognosis.It suggests that protooncogene prod- uct of C-erbB-2 is an importent marker in assessing its malignant potential,invasiness and prognosis.
