摘要
目的 :研究磷灰石析出法治疗牙本质过敏。方法 :将 1m ol/ L浓度的碳酸氢钠溶液在隔离唾液的情况下对患牙的牙本质过敏区进行治疗 ,用冷气、冷水、金属探针进行检测 ,记录治疗后当天的结果 ,一周进行第二次治疗、一个月进行复查并记录检查结果。结果 :按照第一次治疗后的疗效进行统计。显效 :14 0例 (89.75% )、有效 :13例 (8.3 3 % )、无效 :3例 (1.92 % ) ,总有效 :153例 (98.0 8% )。结论 :1mol/ L 浓度的碳酸氢钠溶液是一种很好的脱敏剂。该溶液能与牙体组织中的羟基磷灰石发生化学反应 ,生成不溶于水的碳酸磷灰石 ,沉积于牙本质小管中 ,使小管形成一定的封闭 ,减少和避免液压传导 ,且对组织无任何毒、副作用。
Objective: To research into the treatment of odontohyperesthesia with precipitation of apatite Methods: The teeth suffering from odontohyperesthesia treated with 1 mol/L NaHCO3 solution under condition of being isolated from saliva On the very day after first treatment the teeth were tested with cold air, cold water and metal probe and the results were recorded The second treatment and test were repeated after 1 week and the third test was repeated 1 month later Results: The statistics of the effect were made after the first treatment Of 156 cases, 140(89 75%) showed prominently effective, 13(8 33%) effective and 3 (1 92%) ineffective The total number of effective cases was 153 (98 08%) Conclusion: 1 mol/L NaHCO3 solution is a very good desensitizer without any toxic and adverse actions It can react chemically with hydroxyapatite within tooth tissue and produce insoluble apatite carbonate to precipitate in dentinal tubules and occlude the tubules, reducing and avoiding liquid pressure transfer and cutting off stimulation from outside
