应用彩色多普勒血流显像观察青光眼血流动力学的变化

摘要 应用彩色多普勒血流显像研究青光眼眼部血流动力学变化。分别测青光眼55只及正常眼52只的眼动脉(OA),视网膜中央动脉(CRA)的收缩期血流速度(Vs),舒张期血流速度(Vd),阻力指数(RI)。比较结果表明:青光眼眼动脉,视网膜中央动脉Vs、Vd均值降低,RI升高,与正常组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:青光眼视盘血流速度减低,支持血管因素学说在青光眼患者视功能损害机制中的作用。 Color doppler flow imaging was used to study ocular hemodynamics in patients with glaucoma.The peak systolic velocity (Vs),end diastolic velocity (Vd) and resistance index (RI) of the ophthalmic artery (OA) and central retinal artery (CRA) were compared between 55 eyes of patients with glaucoma and 52 eyes of normal control subjects.The results showed a statistically significant decrease in the mean Vs and Vd and increase in RI of the OA and CRA ( P <0.05) in patients with glaucoma.Conclusions:the velocity of blood flow decreases in the optic disc in patients with glaucoma,supporting the theory of vascular factor in the mechanism of impairing visual acuity.
