摘要
为探讨血管因素在中晚期青光眼患者视功能损害机制中的作用,选择中晚期青光眼患者 27例、52 眼,用彩色多普勒超声检查仪测定每眼的眼动脉、睫状后短动脉及视网膜中央动脉的血流速度,并选择年龄、性别与患者相匹配的正常人 25 例、50 眼为对照组。结果显示,青光眼组的眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉及睫状后短动脉的血流速度明显降低,阻力指数明显增高,而慢性闭角型青光眼及开角型青光眼之间则无明显差异。证明中晚期青光眼视功能损害与视神经的血供不足密切相关。
In order to understand the role of vascular factor in the deterioration of visual function in cases with middle and late stages of glaucoma,the blood flow in the ocular artery,the central retinal artery and the short posterior ciliary arteries were determined with color Doppler sonography in 27 cases(52 eyes)with middle and late stages of glaucoma,as well as in 25 cases (50 eyes) of normal individuals as controls.Significant differences were shown between normal group and patients with glaucoma for peak systolic velocity(PSV),end diastolic velocity(EDV) and resistive index(RI).However,no significant difference was found between the chronic closure angle glaucoma group and the primary open angle glaucoma group.Middle and late stages of glaucoma appears to be associated with a decreased mean flow velocity and an increased mean resistive index in the ocular vasculature, and this is highly related to the deterioration of visual function and supports the vascular factor theory in the pathogenesis of glaucoma.
