摘要
20 Cr钢固体渗硼后 ,再经高频感应加热 1 0 s,2 0 s,30 s,40 s.研究了经过不同时间加热后渗硼层深度的变化及物相变化 .试验结果表明 ,随感应加热时间的增加 ,硼化物层深深度增加 ,渗层中的 Fe B相逐渐变成 Fe2 B相 ,加热时间达到 30 s时已几乎全部变为 Fe2
After boriding in solid state, the 20Cr steel is heated with high-frequency induction furnace and kept for 10s, 20s, 30s or 40s respectively. The changes of the phase and thickness of the boriding layer for different holding time are investigated. The results indicate that with the increase of holding time, the thickness of boriding layer increases, and FeB changes to Fe 2B gradually and it almost completely changes into Fe 2B after holding 30s.
