摘要
对准325mm×8mm的20钢无缝钢管分别进行860、940℃的感应淬火和940℃感应淬火+900℃正火,并对不同工艺加工的弯管进行性能研究。结果显示,随感应淬火温度的升高,弯管的强度、硬度升高,韧性降低,淬火态弯管整体性能不均匀。经正火处理的弯管,与淬火态的相比,强度和硬度降低,韧性升高,弯管整体性能趋于一致,其组织和力学性能与20钢管接近。
Based on Ф325 mm × 8 mm 20 seamless steel pipe, adopting the processes of induction quenching (860 ℃, 940 ℃) induction quenching 940 ℃+normalizing at 900 ℃ , the induction heating bend pipes were manufactured and studied. The results show that the strength and hardness increase, but the toughness decrease with the increase of quenching temperature. The integral mechanical properties of bend pipe as-quenched are not uniform. Through the normalizing for the bend pipe as-quenched, the strength and hardness decrease, the toughness increases compared with as-quenched. The integral mechanical properties of bend pipe as-normalized drive to uniformity. The microstructure and mechanical properties of bend pipe as-normalized are close to those of original 20 steel pipe.
