摘要
在各类基本机床中 ,以运动精度高、运动控制复杂的齿轮类机床———六轴联动数控滚齿机床为例 ,结合滚齿加工成形齿廓的特点 ,给出了其各种可能的结构方案创新设计的形式 ,同时对之进行了编码方法的研究 ,给出了对应各种结构形式的编码值 ,建立了依据编码值确定机床结构类型的计算机自动判据 从而奠定了计算机辅助机床结构方案创新设计自动化、智能化的研究基础 ,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
For the example of multi axes CNC hobber, all kinds of possible motion structure forms designed are presented. A structure coding method is studied more, each code value corresponding to different structure forms machine tools is given out, and the automatic distinguish rules of computer are made. So the basis of the automatic and intelligent creative designs of computer is established. This study has considerably theoretical and realistic significance.
