摘要
基于切削运动学观点分析了齿廓曲面成形的加工方法 ,详细分析和分类了已有的和可能的齿轮齿廓加工成形的运动简图 ,首次建立了针对齿轮加工的运动学图谱 .为创造性地开发新型齿轮加工方法和设备指出了研究的方向 ,为特殊齿形齿轮的加工新技术研究奠定了运动学基础 ,具有重要理论意义 .
Based on kinematics, all different kinds of motion combinations needed for the generation of gear tooth profiles are classified and analyzed, and then kinematic graphic spectrum expressing motions of gear cutting has been given out for the first time. So this lays a foundation for studying and developing new gear cutting methods and equipment, and it is of momentous theoretical significance for the forming of specific gear tooth profiles.
