摘要
提出一种基于数字信号处理器 (DSP)的三相永磁同步电机软件式交流伺服控制系统 充分利用TMS32 0F2 43DSP外设接口丰富、运算速度快的特点 ,采用坐标变换磁场定向控制、空间矢量PWM与数字PI控制策略 ,以光电脉冲编码器作为位置和速度传感器 ,实现软件式交流伺服系统的位置与速度控制 介绍软件交流伺服系统结构与控制软件体系 。
A novel DSP based software AC servo drive with a 3 phase PM synchronous motor is proposed. The DSP newly produced by TI is used, which has the performance of fast speed and rich peripheral interface. By utilizing Field Oriented Control, Space Vector PWM and the digital PI control strategies and using an optical encoder as speed and position sensors, the speed and position controls of servo system are implemented. The system structure and software of AC servo drive are introduced. A range of experiments including speed and position control has been carried out. The test results are further given.
