摘要
在比较目前存在的各种 CNC运动控制器的基础上 ,选用 TMS 3 2 0 F2 4 3 DSP芯片来设计能控制多轴运动的控制器 ,该控制器通过 CAN总线与 CNC系统中的上位 PC机及其它一些具有不同功能的硬件模块相连。重点论述了控制器的硬软件设计方案。该控制器构成简单 ,可用来控制任何型号电机 ,且精度高 ,可靠性、实时性好 ,具有很强的实用价值。
On comparing various current controllers,in this paper,a novel motion controller based on TMS320F243 DSP is presented.To simplize the structure,the motion controller is connected with the host PC and other hardware modules by CAN bus in the CNC system.The designs of control software and hardware is disscussed.The motion controller can be used to control any kinds of motors,furthermore,it has a practical meaning for raising the precision,reliability and real\|time quality.\;[
