摘要
分析了我国优质小麦的现状及其在生产过程中存在的主要问题 ,针对优质小麦标准在执行过程中遇到的难题 ,提出了我国优质小麦的生产与开发应重点放在开发我国传统的面制食品 (如馒头、饺子、面条、包子、油条等 )
The present condition of good quality wheat in China and the main problems in the production process were analyzed. Some views for developing special wheat varieties to make the traditional flour foods such as steamed bread, dumpling and noodle were put forward in view of the difficulties in the execution process of the standard for good quality wheat.
