摘要
在一个8×8大麦双列杂交中对籽粒的蛋白质(%)、赖氨酸(%)和其余三个性状作了配合力分析。结果表明,一般配合力效应的均方都极显著。一般配合力与特殊配合力的效应均方之比值普遍大于1,平均值为2.5。Rsiφ1508和永2830可作为高蛋白质、高赖氨酸的亲本。早熟3号和Saida 183可作为低蛋白质亲本。杂种优势和特殊配合力有十分相似的基因效应基础。建议对籽粒品质的选系在F_4以后开始。文章还讨论了Pi和gi在评价大麦品种的育种价值上相对重要性。
Combining ability analysis of grain protein(%), lysine(%) and the other three traits is conducted in an 8×8 diallel cross. All mean squares of theGCA effect are remarkable. The values of GCA/SCA are generally greater than 1 with the average 2.5. Riso 1508 and Yong 2830 can be used as the high-protein and high-lysine parents. Zaoshu No.3 and Saida 183 can be used as the low-protein parents.Heterosis and SCA are proved to have very similar background of the gene effect. It is suggested that the selection of the grain quality traits start later than F4 generation. The relative importance of Pi and gi in the evaluation of the parental cultivors is also discussed.
