摘要
本文对蘑菇培养料中分离获得的霉菌、放线菌和细菌进行鉴定和对其生理、生化特性进行测定,对某些菌株在蘑菇生长过程中的作用及作用规律也作了研究。通过研究,初步认为在放线菌和霉菌中有数株菌株对蘑菇的生长有直接或间接的促进作用。 在鉴定工作中,获得一株在分类上有一定意义的放线菌,属链霉菌的吸水类群,它的形态和生理、生化特性与已发现较接近于它的三个种仍有明显差异,是否是一个新种或变种,有待于进一步鉴定。
An identification and characterization of the molds, actinomycetes and bacteria isolated from the mushroom compost have been determined. 13 species of the molds can be classified into 6 genera, 5 species of the actin-omycetes into 2 genera, and 10 strains of the bacteria into 7 genera. By studying their ability of material transformation and their antimicrobial spectrum, we come to the conclusion that the presence of the actinomycetes is benefitial to the growth of Agaricus bisporus. Among the molds and bacteria, some species can degrade cellulose and protein. Therefore they play an active role in the material transformation of the mushroom compost. An actinomycete strain which is significant in actinomycete taxology has been isolated. It is identified as hygroscopicus group of Streptomyces genus. There are some obvious differences in the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics between this strain and other three species which have been identified as being close to it. Whether it is a new species or a variant remains to be further studied.
