摘要
概述了大型海藻类光合作用无机碳利用近年来的研究进展。大型海藻类除能利用 CO2作为光合作 用外在无机碳源外,许多大型海藻还能利用 HCO3- 作为光合作用外在碳源。HCO3- 的利用主要为胞外 CA 催化的 HCO3-与 CO2的相互转化及 HCO3-的直接吸收两种方式。在三类大型海藻中无机碳利用各有其独 , 特性。无机碳浓度增高对大型海藻光合无机碳利用产生很大影响。
The recent progresses in studies on photosynthetic inorganic carbon utilization in marine macroalgae are reviewed. Many macroalgae can use bicarbonate, aside from the molecule CO2, as external inorganic carbon resource for photosynthesis. The mechanisms of bicarbonate utilization are mainly the external carbon anhydrase catalyzed interconversion of bicarbonate and CO2 and the direct bicarbonate uptake. The inorganic carbon utilization has its unique charateristics in each phylum of marine macroalgae. Elevated inorganic carbon concentrations have significantly effects on photosynthetic inorganic carbon utilization in marine marcroalgae.
