逆境胁迫对条斑紫菜生理生化指标的影响 被引量:26

BIOCHEMICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF ADVERSITY STRESS ON PORPHYRA YEZOENSIS

摘要 紫菜具有很强的抗逆能力 ,是研究植物抗逆性机理的良好材料。本文研究了盐胁迫、Cu2 + 离子胁迫对条斑紫菜的生理生化效应。实验结果表明 ,在两种胁迫条件下 ,条斑紫菜中甘露醇的含量增加 ,其中在 4 5盐度海水中 ,甘露醇含量增幅最大 ,达 2 0 0 % ;丙二醛 (MDA)含量在胁迫初期迅速增加 ,且含量随胁迫程度增大而增多 ,增幅最高达 30 0 % ,2小时后开始下降。在盐度、Cu2 + 离子胁迫下 ,甘露醇主要作为渗透调节剂参与抗逆反应 。 Porphyra yezoensis has a strong capacity of stress resistance, which makes it a good species for studying the mechanism of plant stress resistance. In this paper, the biochemical and physiological effects of salinity stress, Cu 2+stress were studied. The results showed that under all the stresses, the mannitol content increased, and it increased by 200% in 45‰ seawater,which is the maximum the malondialdehyde(MDA) content increased with the increase of stresses, and it increased most by 300%, then decreased after 2 hours. Our results indicate that under the stresses of salinity and Cu 2+, mannitol plays the role as an osmoregulatent to fight against the stresses. And the change of MDA content indicates that the system of free radical eliminating also plays an important role in the stress resistance.
