摘要
研究了HCl介质中苯扎氯胺(简称1227)对铝的缓蚀性能,应用吸附理论和Sekine方法对静态 挂片失重实验数据进行处理。结果表明,1227对铝在HCl溶液中的腐蚀有良好的抑制作用, 是一种吸附型缓蚀剂,低浓度下在铝表面上的吸附基本符合Langmuir等温式,缓蚀率随浓度 和温度的增加而增大。
The inhibition of benzalkonium chloride on aluminum in HCl solution was investigated by weight-loss method. The experimental data were treated with adsorption theory and Sekine method. The results showed that the benzalkonium chloride is a kind of adsorbent inhibitors, and its adsorption obeys basically Langmuir's isotherm. It was also shown that the inhibition efficiency increased with temperature raising and concentration increasing.
