摘要
本文研究了不同浓度的十六烷基吡啶氯化铵(10^(-6)~10^(-3)mol·dm^(-3))和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(10^(-5)~10^(-3)mol·dm^(-3))对铜在硝酸溶液和铝在盐酸溶液中的腐蚀影响。当季铵盐浓度达10^(-4)mol·dm^(-3)时,缓蚀率随其浓度的增加而达到一最大值。在25℃条件下,用恒电位法测定了有关体系的极化曲线,有季铵盐存在时,阳极极化曲线向低电流密度方向移动。根据Langmuir吸附等温式和季铵盐的结构特性对结果进行了讨论。
The effect of cetyl of pyridinium chloride (CPC) and cetyl trimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) at different concentrations (10^(-6)~10^-3)mol·dm^(-3)) on the cor- rosion of Cu in nitric acid and Al in hydrochloric acid solutions at 25℃ has been studied respectively using the weight loss method. The percentage inhibition has been found to increase up to a maximum when the concentration of the compounds reaches 10^(-4) mol·dm^(-3). The polarization experiments were carried out at 25℃ using potentiostatic method. The anodie polarization curves in the presence of CPC and CTMAB at 10^(-4)mol·dm^(-3) shift towards lower current density region. The results are discussed in terms of Langmuir adsorption isotherms and based on the basic configuration characters of the examined compounds.
