摘要
以棉质帆布带制备杀虫剂项圈 ,每克布带含溴氰菊酯 2 3 mg或 77mg,将佩戴项圈的犬与中华白蛉置同一蚊帐内 ,观察杀虫剂项圈防制犬 _蛉接触的效果。实验结果表明 ,与不佩项圈的对照犬相比 ,佩杀虫剂项圈的犬在三个月内能有效地降低白蛉的吸血率 ,增大白蛉的死亡率。佩含溴氰菊酯 77g/ kg项圈的犬减少犬 _蛉接触的效果优于佩 2 3 g/ kg项圈的犬。预计该法在以犬为主要传染源的黑热病 (内脏利什曼病 )疫区使用后 ,可降低人群中黑热病的发病率。
Insecticide collar is made of coffon canvas band impregnated with deltamethrin. The content of deltamethrin per gram of collar is 23 mg or 77 mg. The collar-wearing dog and Phlebotomus chinensis were placed in the same mosquito net for observing the effect of the collar in preventing dog-sandfly contact. During the period of 1997~1998, experiments were conducted in the sandfly season (June ~ August) each year, 2~3 times each month, and the contact time of sandflies with the collar-wearing dog in the net was 3 hours each time. The results of the two-year experiment showed that the mean blood-sucking rate of sandflies was 20.2% (123/608) on the dog wearing 23mg/kg collar, and 6.4% (28/439) on the dog with 77mg/kg collar, but 49.2% (150/305) on the dog in the control net. The total death rate of sandflies in 12 hours was 46.3% (315/608), 53% (275/519) and 10.1% (38/377) respectively. It is concluded that deltamethrin collar can not only reduce the biting of sandflies on dogs effectively, but also have obvious lethal activity on sandflies.
