摘要
用相同的方法比较溴氰菊酯和DDT防治近野栖中华白蛉的效果,结果表明在喷洒DDT的畜窑内野外中华白蛉拒绝飞入,该蛉对DDT似已产生行为抗性;在喷洒溴氰菊酯的畜窑内未见相似的情况。对杀虫剂使用不当而产生抗性的情况作了讨论,并提请各方面引起重视。
Comparison between deltamethrin and DDT in the control of periwild sandfly Phlebotomus chinensis was conducted.
After spraying with deltamethrin, sandfly density kept very low until the end of sandfly season, a few sandflies could still be collected, however, 98% of them died of poisoning within 1-3h. after bringing back and keeping still. In caves sprayed with DDT, however, no sandflies could be found in the caves at daytime.
Observation at night showed that numerous sandflies flew toward the caves sprayed with Deltamethrin, while no such phenomenon was seen in the caves sprayed with DDT.
To make sure, four consecutive observations were made in the above mentioned caves with animal bait. The result showed that sandflies flew continuously into the cave sprayed with DDT. The reaseon for the ahove mentioned phenomenon might be that DDT had a repulsive smell whereas Deltamethrin had not. Further investigations are required.
