摘要
目的 探讨治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎较理想的手术方法。方法 84例肥厚性鼻炎患者中 ,4 4例施行下鼻甲部分切除术 (部分组 ) ,另 4 0例行下鼻甲粘膜下骨质切除术 (骨质组 )。结果 术后随访 14mo见骨质组治愈率高于部分组 ,除部分组有 2例发生萎缩性鼻炎外 ,无其余并发症发生。结论 肥厚性鼻炎行下鼻甲粘膜下骨质切除术远期疗效优于下鼻甲部分切除术。
Objective To investigate the better opera tion method to cure chroni c hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods Among 84 patients of hypertrop hic rhinitis ,44 cases were used inferior turbinectomy partly,other 40 cases were used submucous bone resecton of inferior turbinate. Resuls All patients were f ollowed up 14 mont hs later, the curate of bone resection group was superior to that of the part gr oup,except the part group complicated two cases atrophic rhinitis ,there was no other complication happened. Conclusions we think that long te rm effect of bone group is superior to the part group to cure the Chronic hype rtophic rhinitis.
