摘要
对五加科植物良旺茶(Nothopanax delavayi)精油进行了GC/MS/DS研究,鉴定出占精油总组成88.31％的42个成分的化学结构,其主要成分为β-水芹烯(25.41％)、月桂烯(19.33％)和α-蒎烯(11.34％)。
Chemical constituents in essential oil from Nothopanax delamyi Fr. Harma (Araliaceae) are reported. The essential oil was obtained from the fresh leaves and young branches by steam distillation with yield of 0. 4% ～0. 6%. The chemical components were analysed by GC/MS/DS and the structures of 42 compounds (88. 3% of the essential oil) have been determined. Among them β-phyllandrene (25. 41 %), myrcene (19. 33%) and α-pinene (11. 34%) are major components.
