摘要
采用311-A最优混合设计进行盆栽试验,研究了3种化学物质组合量比对莴笋茎叶产量和硝酸盐含量的影响,并对4个最适组配量比进行了田间莴笋和小白菜试验。结果表明,化学物质对莴笋茎、叶和总产量的效应可用三元二次回归方程式定量描述。化学物质组合可提高莴笋产量3.7%~29.3%。其中,处理3(赤霉素28.7mg/L+钼酸铵159mg/L+双氰胺48.8mg/盆)、4(赤霉素46.3mg/L+钼酸铵159mg/L+双氰胺48.8mg/盆)、8(赤霉素25mg/L+钼酸铵300mg/L+双氰胺26.3mg/盆)和11(赤霉素37.5mg/L+钼酸铵300mg/L+双氰胺37.5mg/盆)增量大,明显降低莴笋茎、叶硝酸盐含量(13.7%~22.6%)。田间试验4个最适组合量比提高莴笋茎、叶产量3.2%~11.7%和小白菜产量6.3%~11.8%;硝酸盐则分别降低12.4%~40.6%和18.6%~25.6%。
The optimum mixed design, 311-A, was used to study the effects of different combinations of gibberellin (G), ammonium molybdate (M) and dicyandiumide (D) on stem and leaf yield of lettuce (Lactuta scariola) and nitrate in it in a pot experiment. In a field experiment, 4 optimum combinations of the above-mentioned chemical substances were used to test lettuce and Brassica chinensis L. The results indicated that the effects of the chemical substances on stem, leaf and total yield of lettuce could be quantitatively described by a regression equation with three factors. Lettuce yield increased by 3.7% ~ 29.3% with chemical treatment. In four treatments, i. e. G 28.7 mg/L + M 159 mg/L + D 48.8 mg/pot, G 46.3 mg/L + M 159 mg/L + D 48.8 mg/pot, G 25 mg/L + M 300 mg/L + D 26.3 mg/pot, G 37.5 mg/L + M 300 mg/L + D 37.5 mg/pot, lettuce yield substantially increased and nitrate contents in the stem and leaf decreased by 13.7%~22.6%. In the field experiment, the four treatments enhanced lettuce stem and leaf yield by 3.2%~11.7% and the yeild of B. chinensis by 6.3%~11.8% while nitrate content in the two vegetables decreased by 12.4%~40.6% and 18.6%~25.6%, respectively, thus greatly improving their food value.
