本文合成了对氯苯乙酮双缩硫代对称二氨基脲 (HL)及其与Ni(OAc) 2 、Co(OAc) 2 、Zn(OAc) 2 配合物 ,通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、磁化率、摩尔电导等对配体和配合物进行了表征
Bis(p-chloroacetophenone) thiocarbohydrazone (HL) and its Ni(OAc) 2,Co(OAc) 2,Zn(OAc) 2 complexes were synthesized.The ligand(HL) and its complexes were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV,magnetic susceptibility and molar conductivity.The anticancer activities of the ligand and its complexes were tested.
