实验采用标准双极肢导联 (Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ )和加压单极肢导联 (aVR、aVL、aVF) ,对轻度麻醉的 30只成体棕色田鼠进行了心电图测定 ,并对心电图各波进行了初步分析 .结果表明 ,棕色田鼠的心律为窦性心律 ;QRS波平均心电轴为 82° ,它与T波不能完全分开 ,呈QRS -T波群 ,无S
The Polygram System RM-6300 is used to record the electrocardiogram of Microtus mandrinus . Several electrocardiogram parameters of thirty adult Microtus mandrinus who are narcotized a little are determined. Leading methods used included Standard Lead (Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) and augmented Unipolar Limb Lead (aVR, aVL, aVF). The results are as following: Sinus rhythm as the rhythm of Microtus mandrinus , 478±100 /min as the mean heart rate . The mean cardiac electrical axis of QRS waves is 81.84°±17.62°. The average durations of P and QRS waves are 0.012 8±0.002 7 s, 0.015±0.004 8 s separately. The mean intervals of P-R, Q-T are 0.034 5±0.006 7 s , 0.033 8±0.006 6 s separately. There is no interval between wave S and wave T, so there is no S-T section in Microtus mandrinus′s electrocardiogram.
