摘要
本文报道了100只幼年、成年大鼠在麻醉状态下的正常心电图数值。结果表明:大鼠的性别、体重对其正常心电图的数值及图形没有明显影响。麻醉的幼年鼠心率比成年鼠慢,可能与幼年鼠对麻醉药敏感有关。此外,幼年鼠R波电压明显低于成年鼠,而P、T波电压则高于成年鼠,其他各项指标差异不明显。
This paper reports the normal ECG value in 100 infant and adult ratsin narcosis. The results suggest that: sex and body weight of rats have no marked influence on the normal ECG value and the graph. The heart rate of narcose infant rats is slower compared with that of adult rats, which might he referable to the sensitivity of infant rats to the anaesthetic. In addition, the infant rats present with significantly lower heart rate, but much higher d and T waves than adult rats. There is no evident differences in other indexes.
