大鼠海人酸致痫模型的症状表现、致痫机制的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 海人酸是天然提取的谷氨酸类似物 ,它可以与突触后海人酸受体结合 ,产生兴奋性突触后电流。全身或大脑局部注射海人酸可以导致动物癫痫发作 ,这就是癫痫的海人酸模型。海人酸模型应用广泛 ,具有理想的颞叶癫痫模型所应具备的条件 :①在症状学上 ,海马、杏仁核和其它边缘结构占有中心地位 ;②病理上特异的海马损伤与颞叶癫痫的海马硬化相关 ;③有自发抽搐 ;④与人类颞叶癫痫一样 ,对大部分抗癫痫药物耐受。本文就该模型症状表现、致痫机制的有关研究进展进行综述。
