雪旺氏细胞在中枢神经系统损伤修复中的作用 被引量:10

摘要 Schwann细胞可分泌多种神经营养因子,产生细胞外基质成分和细胞黏附分子。大量的动物实验已证明,它能促进中枢神经元轴突的再生及修复损伤的髓鞘,为中枢神经系统的损伤的修复提供良好的微环境。但也有人报道,Schwann细胞在中枢神经系统内的存活时间很短。如果Schwann细胞中枢神经系统内移植成功,将为人类脑损伤的修复带来突破。
