摘要
采用乳化-冻凝技术制得顺铂白及微球。采用衍生化原理,使二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(DDTC)与抗癌药顺铂(CDDP)反应,生成稳定的络合物Pt(DDTC)2,致紫外吸收度增加,并依据白及基质的光谱特点,用二阶导数法消除白及基质对含量测定的干扰,从而建立了药物含量测定方法。回收率98.60%,RSD=1.96%。方法简便,对仪器要求低,易于开展,效果满意。
In this paper the principle of derivatization was employed.Cisplatin reacted directly with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate(DDTC) producing the Pt(DDTC) 2 complex, absorption of which increased greatly at 347nm.In view of the characteristic of spectrophotometric absorption of bletilla colloid, the second order derivative spectrophotometric method was established for determining Cis dichlorodiammine platinum(CDDP) in cisplatin bletilla striata microspheres(CBSM).The recovery was 98.60%,RSD 1.96%. The method is simple and rapid.
