摘要
以丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ为包衣材料,白芨胶为粘附材料,蓖麻油和邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为增塑剂,采用包衣锅滚制法制备出了结肠定位粘附微丸,并采用在体法和离体法考察了其粘附性能。结果表明,所制备的微丸外观圆整坚实且粒度均匀、硬度适宜,有较强的结肠粘附性,在结肠粘膜的粘附滞留率达75%左右。
Metronidazole colon-specific release pellets were prepared using crylic acid resin Ⅱ as the controlled coating material, bletitlastriata as bio-adhesive material, castor oil and diet-hyl-o-phthalate as the plasticizers. The hio-adhesive property of pellets was evaluated by retention percentage on rat colonic mucosa in vitro and in vivo. It showed that the pellet has round appearance, uniform granularity, favorable rigidity. More than 75% pellets with 30% bletillastriata can stick on colon mucos.
