摘要
目的 研究同种异体抗角蛋白自身抗体 (AKautoAbs)对家兔接触性皮炎模型血清IL 6 ,IL 8的影响 .方法 2 4只家兔随机分为AKautoAbs组和对照组 ,每组 12只 ;AKautoAbs组im药物 ,剂量为 5mg·kg-1,1次·2d-1,30d ;对照组动物以同样方法每次注射 2mL生理盐水 .ELISA检测血清IL 6 ,IL 8水平变化 .结果 AKautoAbs组动物血清IL 6 ,IL 8的水平下降 ;对照组动物血清IL 6 ,IL 8的水平升高 .结论 接触性皮炎可诱导IL 6 ,IL 8的产生 ;AKautoAbs则抑制IL 6 ,IL
AIM To study the influence of homologuous antikeratin autoantibodies (AK auto Abs) on serum IL 6 and IL 8 in rabbit model of contact dermatitis. METHODS 24 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, 12 rabbits in each group. Animals in AK auto Abs group were intramuscularly injected with AK auto Abs (5 mg·kg -1 ) every two days for 30 days, and those in control group were administrated 2 mL 9 g·L -1 NaCl in the same way. Modifications of serum IL 6 and IL 8 levels were measured with ELISA. RESULTS Serum IL 6 and IL 8 of AK auto Abs group rose, while those of control group established with 9 g·L -1 NaCl fell. CONCLUSION Contact dermatitis can induce generation of IL 6 and IL 8, while AK autoAbs inhibit the generation of IL 6 and IL 8.
