高效毛细管电泳法测定川芎注射液中川芎嗪含量 被引量:7

摘要 目的 :建立测定川芎注射液中川芎嗪含量的高效毛细管电泳法。方法 :以 15 m mol/ L 磷酸盐缓冲液 ( p H=7.6)为电泳电解液 ,电压 3 0 k V(运行电流为 2 5~ 3 0 μA,检测波长 2 80 nm,内标为氨茶碱。结果 :川芎嗪迁移时间为 2 .70 m in,氨茶碱迁移时间为 3 .10 m in。川芎嗪含量在 5 .83~ 93 .3 3 μgm· l- 1时 ,浓度与峰面积比呈良好线性关系 ,r=0 .9999,日内、日间变异系数均 <2 %。结论 :该方法简便 ,灵敏 ,特异性和重现性良好 ,具有较强的实用价值。 OBJECTIVE: To establish an accurate method for the determination of Ligustrazine in Ligustrazine injection by high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE). METHOD: Complete separation was achieved with 15 mmol/L running phosphate buffer (pH=7.6) at a content voltage of 30 kV (current of 25~30μA). The detection wavelength was 280nm. Aminophylline was used as internal standard. RESULTS: The migration time of Ligustrazine was 2.70 min and that of Aminophylline was 3. 10 min.Good linearity between the concentration and peek area was achieved in the range of 5.83~ 93.33 μg.ml -1 for Ligustrazine, r=0.9999. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of within day and between day was less than 2%. C0NCLIJD: The HPCE method was fast, convenient and economical.
