摘要
用高效液相色谱法测定了坤顺助孕丹胶囊中阿沈酸的含量，用ALLTIMAC18柱．以甲醇-乙腈-1％冰醋酸水溶液（1：1：5）为流动相，流速0．8ml／min，检测波长313um．进行测定．方法简便．其它组分对测定无干扰，重现性好．可用于该制剂的质量控制。
The determination of ferulic acid in Kunshunzhuyundan Capsules has been carried out with HPLC on ALLTIMA C,, column,using methanol -acetonitrile- 1 % glacial acetic acid acid aqueous solution(1:1:5) as mobile phase at 0. 8ml/min flow-rate,detection wavelength at 313nm.This simple method. is available for quality control of this preparation due to without the interference of other compositions and with a good reproducibility
