摘要
目的 :用含薄荷醇的复合促透剂对盐酸氯丙嗪透皮吸收作一探讨。方法 :采用正交试验方法 ,在离体透皮实验装置上进行透皮试验的最佳处方筛选和确定 ,并用小鼠进行镇静试验。结果 :发现 2 %的薄荷醇、4 %的氮酮、5 %的丙二醇及 60 %的乙醇(浓度为 75 % )组成的复合促透剂对盐酸氯丙嗪的体外透皮吸收具有显著的促进作用 ,由此组成的盐酸氯丙嗪透皮液外涂小鼠皮肤后可产生明显的镇静作用。结论 :含薄荷醇的复合促透剂对盐酸氯丙嗪透皮吸收具有促进作用。
OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of the compound penetration enhancer with 1 menthol on the absorption of chlorpromazine hydrochloride through animal skins.METHOD:By the method of the orthogonal design, the best prescription was screened out and ascertained, the percutaneous absorption apparatus in vitro and sedation experiment of chlorpromazine hydrochloride were carried out.RESULTS:The compound penetration enhancer consisting of 1 menthol(2%) and Azone(4%) and lauryl alcohol (5%) and 60% alcohol (75%(V/V) concentration of 75%(V/V)) had a prominent promotion action on absorption of chlorpromazine hydrochloride through animal skins, and the percutaneous liquid composing of the compound penetration enhancer could imposed the sedation action of chlorpromazine hydrochloride. CONCLUSION:The compound penetration enhancer with 1 menthol could promote absorption of chlorpromazine hydrochloride through animal skins.
