摘要
目的 了解我国麻醉领域临床科研状况。方法 手检 1981年 (创刊 )～ 1999年中华麻醉学杂志 ,对中华麻醉学杂志中的临床研究论文进行分类及评价。结果 19卷 144期共载临床研究论文 3396篇 ,其中随机对照试验 710篇(2 0 .91% )。结论 我国麻醉领域临床研究方面取得了一定的成绩 。
Objective To eval uate the quality of part of clinical tri als of anesthesia and investigate the cu rrent situation of studies in the anesth esia field and reliability of these evid ence in china.Methods The cl inical trials of Chinese Journal of Anes thesiology from the year of 1981 to 1999 were assessed.Results There are 3396 clinical trials in 144 issues of 19 volumes.Among them,710(20.91%)are RCT.Conclusion Although grea t achievement has been made in the quali ty of clinical trials of anesthesiology, there are still some problems that need to be further improved,especially in ran domized controlled trials.
