摘要
目的 探讨长期有氧耐力运动对饮食性高脂血症大鼠肝肾组织结构的影响。方法 建立饮食性高脂血症大鼠模型,采用不同强度的长期有氧游泳运动,观察高脂饮食大鼠肝肾组织结构变化。结果运动使肝脏脂肪变性明显减轻,肾脏蛋白尿显著减少。结论 有氧运动通过降低血脂减少高脂血症所致肝肾损伤。
Objectives To investigate effects of long-term aerobic swimming on hepatic and kidney structure in high-fat fed SD rats. Methods Hyperlipoproteinemia in rats was established by feding high-fat food. Changes of the hepatic and kidney's structure of the rats were observed after the rats swam l5 weeks in two different intensities. Results Proteinuria and hepatic lipodenaturation were significantly reduced by long- term exercise. Conclusion Long-term aerobic exercise alleviated structural defects of liver and kidney in rats fed with hish-fat food by lowering their plasma lipids.
