摘要
目的 :观察中药复方制剂养心康和保心康治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法 :92例患者按中医辨证分为气阴虚型 ( 60型 )和气阳虚型 ( 3 2例 )。两型分别随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,一般治疗相同。气阴虚型治疗组 ( 4 0例 )加服养心康 ,气阳虚型治疗组 ( 2 2例 )加服保心康 ,两型对照组均加服安慰剂 ,均连服药 2周。结果 :两型治疗组证候疗效总有效率 91.9% ,对照组为2 9 .3 % ,有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;心功能疗效总有效率 ,气阴虚型为 80 % ,气阳虚型为 95 .4 %。结论 :养心康和保心康对充血性心力衰竭有良好的疗效。
Objective: To study the effects of Yangxin kang and Baoxinkang, a compound prescription made of Chinese herbal medicine on congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: 92 cases of CHF were di vidied into two types Qiyinxu type (n=60) and Qiyangxu type (n=32) by cl assification of tranditional Chinese medicine. The two types were randomly divid ied into treament group and control group respectively with general therapy give n to both two types, Yangxinkang was given in treament group of Qiyinxu type ( n=40), and Baoxinkang in treament group of Qiyangxu type (n=22), while two control groups received placebo with the same dosage of Yangxinkang and Baoxink ang for two weeks. Results: The total effective rates of tranditional Chinese syndromes in two treatment groups were higher than that of the two control groups (91.9% vs 29.3%, P<0.01). The to tal effective rate on heart function in Qiyinxu type was 80%, while 95.4% in Qiyangxu type. Conclusion: Yangxinkang and Baoxinkang exert satisfactory effec ts on CHF.
