摘要
目的 :探讨皮下缝扎术治疗下肢浅静脉曲张的临床意义。方法 :对 2 4例伴有皮肤湿疹、溃疡及其它严重疾病的下肢浅静脉曲张患者施行皮下缝扎术 ,术后随访。结果 :术后下肢疼痛、曲张静脉团等临床表现消失 ,皮肤湿疹及溃疡愈合 ,下肢浅静脉曲张复发率为 16.7%。结论 :该手术安全可行 。
Objective: To study the clinical significance of subcutan eous suture in the treatment of lower limb varicose veins. Methods: Subcutaneous sutures were performed in 24 patients with varicose veins complicated with skin eczema or ulceration and other severe disease s. The rate of success and recurrence were investigated after the operation. Results: After the operation, the clinical manifestations such as leg pain, gross v aricose veins were subsided, skin eczema and ulceration were healed. The rec urrence rate of low limb varicose veins was 16.7%. Conclusion: This surgical pro cedure is available and safe. It is especially fit for elder patients and the pa tients with severe complication.
