摘要
本文通过对废糖蜜培养基分离、纯化得到的２５种微生物作多糖降解测定，选出１８种可疑菌种后，采用树胶琼脂培养基和透明圈法进一步筛选出２个对树胶降解效果突出的菌种，为深入研究困扰着制糖业的多糖问题，以及对菌种的优化提供了宝贵的资料．
In this paper, 2 kinds of strain were selected and their characteristics were also described. The strains that can degrade gum were found out from 25 kinds of strain by the comparable determination of polysaccharides and transparent cycle method, giving satisfactory information for further research on polysaccharides.
