摘要
由于全球气候变化 ,生态系统自身的脆弱性以及人类活动的不利影响 ,长江源区生态环境日益退化 ,并有不断恶化的趋势。长江源区生态环境的好坏 ,不仅关系着当地人民的生存与发展 ,而且关系着整个长江流域经济与社会的可持续发展。作者就建立长江源区自然保护区的建设提出了若干建议 ,强调生态规划、生态监测等工作的重要性。
The ecological environment in the source region of Changjiang River has deteriorated during the past decades because of global climate change,weakness of the regional ecological systems and influence of human activities.The evidence shows that this trend will continue in the future.The environmental change in the source region has a great effect not only on the lives of the local people but also on the social and economic development in Changjiang River Valley.At last the authors give some advice on how to deal with the problems related to the establishment of the nature reserve in the source region and put great emphasis on such work as ecological planning and dynamic monitoring.
