摘要
河南省重点国有企业财务管理应尽快在实现政企完全分开 ,确立企业的市场主体地位的前提下 ,建立健全激励机制、拓宽筹资渠道、加强对上市公司的监管等。
The financial management of state owned key enterprises in Henan, under the condition that the complete division between administration and management is achieved and the enterprise's market leading position established, should properly set up stimulation structures,widen the money raising sources and intendify the supervision over the stock issuing companics.
