摘要
提出魔芋粉中多种微量元素的等离子体原子发射光谱 (ICP -AES)测定的方法 ,采取四种不同的样品消化方法 ,测试了不同样品消化方法下的精密度和回收率等。结果发现采用方法D消化样品具有灵敏 ,准确及多元素同时测定 ,操作简单 。
s: A method for the determination of multiplex trace elements in Amorphallus konjac by inductively coupled plasma atomtic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) has been presented .The four treatments of the sample are studied in details.The relative standard deviations (RSD) and the recoveries of most elements are measured .It shows that the method D of treatment sample is simple convenient and accurate.
