经济全球化使企业在动态的商业环境中面临前所未有的激烈竞争,顾客数据采掘将帮助企业快速响应外部需求,获取新的竞争优势。本文分析数据采掘所能获得的信息与知识及其对企业的价值,并从技术、管理制度、企业文化和人的作用等方面描述数据采掘的实施。
With economic globalzation, enterprises are in a moving commercial environment facing the unprecedented hard competition. Customers datamining will help enterprises to make a quick re-sponse to external requirements and gain a new competitive advantage. This paper analyzes which infor-mation and knowledge can get through datamining and its value to enterprises, arid states the implemen-tation of dataznining in the field of technique, management systems, enterprises culture and man s roles.
